Head down south across the North Downs to Reigate and beyond to pick up the Worth Way near Three Bridges, then follow a series of gravel tracks and single-track bridleways.
Follow the Worth Way, a converted railway line, for 3 miles before turning right and heading north towards London. The route takes you through woodland and past beautiful houses before a gloriously sandy descent into the Mole Valley.
Climb the North Downs to the lookout, where, on a fine day, it’s possible to see the South Downs in the distance. Follow the North Downs Way—be warned, it gets a bit mountain bikey in parts—past the Godstone mines to Woldingham School.
There's a final push up Haliboo Valley, after which it’s pretty much plain sailing back to Streatham.
This is a challenging all day ride, best ridden in the summer or when dry. UIT covers a mixture of terrain and includes some parts that will require a level of off road skill .
Note - there are sections of this route (mainly Redhill Common) where cycling is frowned upon, please be polite.
