Ride Description
The route starts at the Limehouse basin, follows the Limehouse Cut to Stratford. Use the extensive Cycle Routes around Stratford to Forest Gate. Cross the Wanstead flats f before joining the superly signposted Q6 to Barkingside Station.
From there, it's a quick run-through Fairlop Waters to join Forest Road leading to Hog Hill aka Redbridge Cycling Centre.
