Refund policy
GPX route downloads
GPX routes are digital products, delivered by download, priced at £5 each.
If a route turns out to be genuinely duff — the file's broken, or the route's no longer rideable, rather than just tougher than you expected — get in touch and we'll refund the £5.
Events
Cancel more than a month out and we'll work out what's possible, get in touch as early as you can.
Inside that final month, entry fees are non-refundable. This applies whether or not we're able to resell your place, there are no exceptions.
If your event uses a GPS tracker: point-to-point events generally carry a £150 deposit, since the device has to make its way back to us from wherever the ride finishes. Return it within 10 days of finishing and the deposit is refunded, that's the tracker provider's rule, not ours. Circular events sometimes carry a smaller deposit instead, refunded in cash on the day once the tracker's handed back. Cancel before the event and you were never issued a tracker, so there's nothing to return and nothing forfeited.
Multi-day trips
Cancel more than a month before departure and your £200 deposit is at risk. We'll try to resell your place, but reserve the right not to return the deposit if we can't. Cancel inside that final month and the same applies to the full amount paid, deposit and balance both. Most riders are covered for this by travel insurance, so it's worth checking your policy before you book.
Coaching
Give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll rebook or refund your session. Inside 48 hours, we reserve the right to withhold a refund, but get in touch anyway. In practice, we'd usually rather find you another time that works than simply keep the fee.
