    Excellent 1:1 gravel training

Charlie took a road cyclist (me) with a relatively new gravel bike and 20hours experience of riding relatively easy gravel to being able to safely cycle a blue mountain bike trail in Queen Elizabeth Country Park (QECP). All in a few hours. We started with some simply exercises and then moved onto the practice area in QECP. Then downhill gravel exercises, followed by the blue trail.
Throughout Charlie was encouraging but considerate of my own limitations (and fears!). At the end I really felt I had a good foundation... I just need to keep using these new skills! Thank you

    Great day of instruction

Had a really great day out with Charlie, the lesson was structured but also adapted to my skill level and really fun. Learnt a lot and inspired to keep going! Thanks!
