Building on skills garnered on Levels 2 and 3, taking them to a race level. This day is designed around riders wanting to enter a Gravel Race/Sportive, MBT enduro or a Cyclo-Cross race. Included with the sessions on technique will be advice about local races, leagues, how to enter and prepare for, and what to expect on the day.
It’s a relaxed day out riding some carefully chosen trails interspaced with skills sessions and plenty of time to practise those new skills.
Meeting at Café Paradou before setting off on the trails – it's very much a practical coached session. We’ll work our way out through the woods, stopping for lunch at one of the pretty country pubs before heading back to Crystal Palace.

Trails: Mostly off-road trails with natural surfaces
Skill level: Challenging, you should be confident with skills covered on the level 2 day Level
